Welcome to Islam, the beautiful religion of peace and submission to the One and Only God, Allah (Glorious and Exalted is HE). As a new Muslim sister, you may have many questions and challenges as you navigate your way through your newfound faith. That's why Amanah Sisters has been created, to provide a supportive community of sisters who can offer guidance, education, and friendship during this exciting journey.
Our mission is to create a safe and welcoming space for all new Muslim sisters, regardless of their background or experience. We believe that the sisterhood of Islam is a unique and beautiful aspect of the faith, and we strive to cultivate meaningful relationships and connections among our members.
Whether you're looking for advice on Islamic practices, want to meet like-minded sisters, or simply need someone to talk to, Amanah Sisters is here for you. We offer a variety of social and recreational activities, online resources, and support networks to help you on your path.
While our main geographical location is in the Greater Toronto Area, we welcome sisters from all over the world. If you're located outside of our area, don't worry! We offer various online tools to connect you with other sisters in your local community or around the world.

Alumni Members
As an Alumni member of Amanah Sisters, you have expressed your desire to contribute to the community, especially by providing support, friendship, and guidance to New Sisters in Islam. Our Alumni members are an integral part of our group and participate in many ways, utilizing their talents, skills, and abilities to reach out to Amanah members (new Muslim sisters).
Some Alumni members work directly with new Amanah members, while others volunteer their time through different teams.
We believe that by sharing our experiences and knowledge, we can create a strong sisterhood and support system, and help new Muslimahs navigate their journey with ease and confidence.
As believers, we draw inspiration from the Holy Qur'an.

Many current Alumni members play a vital role as "silent" members, keeping abreast of our activities and informing new members about our group. They also promote our group to others, making us a known fixture in the Muslim community.
We take heart from the words of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) who emphasized the importance of helping others and being our benefit to our community. Through these means, we seek Allah's assistance in this life and the Hereafter, and we strive to build a community based on compassion, mutual respect, and support.
